Our friends over at Agents of Ishq have been making a steady stream of good-looking, desi and totally cheerful sex positive stuff. We really liked their super sex ed video for children, Main Aur Meri Body but this new video on consent is our new fav.
“The Amorous Adventures of Shakku and Megha in the Valley of Consent” stars two major laavni performers Megha Ghadge and Shakuntala Nagarkar AND Gaurav Gera of the ineffably nutty and dirty (in a good way) Shopkeeper videos. The chemistry between the three stars is sizzling and the lip-biting action is quite serious. WAIT, what we meant to tell you is this is a video that talks some solid common sense about consent.
(Is it okay to confess now that some of us were not too hot on that consent is a cup of tea (coffee? juice? smoothie?) meme that was making the rounds a little while ago? It reminded us too strongly of this critique of sex columnist Dan Savage as ethicist.)
Meanwhile this is a highly enjoyable video with an earworm of a soundtrack that you will want to show everyone at your next YouTube party saying, “You haven’t seen the Superhit Consent Laavni! What are you doing, ya!”
