Jumping off Cliffs, Chilling with Sea Creatures and Other Adventures Courtesy This Russian Grandma

Lately, grandmas and YouTube have been a sensational combination. Be it Nannammal, the 97-year-old yoga instructor, or Mastanamma, the 106-year-old star chef or the 82-year-old dumpling-chef-by-day-DJ-by-night grandma from Tokyo — these women are total badasses, on and off the internet.

A 62-year-old Russian grandma, now joins the list. Tatiana Subbotina, who lives in Saint Petersburg, taught herself chroma key composite with a green screen using Premier Pro. It will take me a while to even understand what that means, but genius Tatiana just floats through the process.

Using that, she drives a car, rides a horse, chills with sea-creatures and butterflies, and even takes a relaxing bath in these videos. But she doesn’t confine herself to the realm of the ordinary — oh no, Tatiana can do so much more. Like jump off a cliff without a parachute, ride a magic carpet, walk on a tightrope, and fly around the world with her eagle-buddy. You’ll even find her explaining her editing technique, sharing her knowledge with the world.

Tatiana finds making these videos very exciting. “I’m really pleased that there’s a demand for what I do online,” she told Buzzfeed earlier this year. “People write to me a lot right now and I’ll try my best to fulfill all requests of my subscribers.” Some of her videos have over 3,00,000 views, and she has already reached the 30,000 subscribers’ mark.

If you’re as bored of the mundane world with limited possibilities as I am, just head over here, and watch her be a Goddess. (Psst, She even made her own green screen suit!)
