There are some people who take their food seriously and then there are people like Emma who love it so much that they marry it. Emma’s burrito became her baerrito. Emma and her burrito found love in a hopeless place — a wedding shoot.
Let’s taco ’bout how it happened.
Photographer Laura René and her daughter Emma were assembling ingredients for burritos during dinner. As Emma made her own and took a bite of it, she looked at her mum Laura and said she was in love with it and that “I would marry this burrito if I could”.
Which is what mum and daughter did the next day: a wedding burrito photo shoot. The bride wore a beautiful summer dress, while the burrito was lovingly wrapped in foil — the ring was wrapped around a hot sauce packet.
Looks like Emma’s guac a soft spot for Mexican food, huh? Today is nacho lucky day if you hate puns. But okay, I’ll stop now.
