Did You Follow Yesterday’s Work From Home Fashion Twitter Thread?

What were you talking about on Twitter yesterday? Did it satisfy you, make you feel good or give you mild jollies? No? Pity, it’s means you weren’t on Tyler Fedder’s cool thread!

Yesterday, self-described “thin-skinned illustrator” Tyler Fedder posted three illustrations that sparked nearly 1000 comments and were retweeted over 26,000 times. They were of nine “work-from-home looks.”

For once, the comments were mostly a glorious place to be. Well, actually, the very first comment in the thread was of course this:

Mens version please

— Sam Bahreini (@sambahreini) April 28, 2018

But everyone ignored him and started posting pictures of comfortable socks and those fluffy slippers you see on TV in cold countries, hooded cowls (or wearable blankets, another thing you see on TV in cold countries), and many many sweatshirts. One discussion on cat socks even led to some deep introspection…

I have some cat socks that are eerily similar to those in the Skype picture. pic.twitter.com/yxOB268KPp

I have those too! @KimCanzoneri gave them to me. pic.twitter.com/u2cIjZ3LCw

Have I been wearing women’s socks all these years? Can socks even be gender specific?! Either way I’m continuing to wear them

Other folks commented with their own unique Work From Home outfits, leading to our favourite question of the day:

This sad sad sweatshirt, yoga pants, and fuzzy socks…what’s a “bra”? pic.twitter.com/8FYGwgchoq
